FACTORY 455!!! - 1973 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme, 455 V8, Auto Trans w/POSI Rear End and 97,xxx original miles. RARE OPTIONED CAR HERE!!! In 1973 even though the 442 was not readily available you could order a package that would run with most of the big blocks of the "Glory Years" and this was it. A special order Cutlass Supreme with a CODE "L75" 455ci V8, Center Console Shifter, 400 Turbo Transmission and a Posi Traction Rear end and Factory Dual Exhaust.... that is this car (SEE PICS SHOWING A HEMMINGS ARTICLE WRITTEN ABOUT IT). It was also loaded with other options such as Power Locks, Tilt Steering, Cruise Control, Rear Defog, Factory A/C (warm) as well as a AM/FM/8 TRACK so that makes this a very loaded up Cutlass. This car retains its original condition right down to the floor mats!! As best we can tell it has original paint and interior which overall is very nice and presentable (typical paint fade over the years). The best way to describe it today is that it is a untouched appearing to be original 51 year old car that has NOT BEEN molested but driven regularly and has had 100% top maintenance done... I would drive the car across the country tomorrow, its that honest. What we do know that has been done: Rebuilt Carb, New Master Cylinder, Rebuilt Brake Booster, Tires Replaced, New Battery at 97k, New Dual Exhaust (that sounds awesome). and at our service center we had it freshly serviced, new pinion seal & rear end serviced, driver manifold gasket and replaced the front shocks.
